Why We Started Cardinal
Cardinal Insulation was founded in Boca Raton by a team of South Florida contractors who had spent years watching the same problem repeat itself: homeowners paying for insulation upgrades that underperformed within a single summer. The culprit was almost always the same — materials and methods designed for northern climates, installed by crews who didn't understand Florida's unique thermal and humidity challenges.
We built Cardinal around a different standard. Every material we specify is selected for Florida's heat, humidity, and year-round cooling demands. Every installation begins with air sealing — the step most contractors skip because it takes time and doesn't show up in a photo. And every job is performed by our own trained crew, not subcontractors.
